Mapping Utah’s Life Sciences Developments was presented at the 2025 Utah Life Sciences Summit in Salt Lake City on November 12, 2025. Moderated by Chris Kirk, Colliers, Managing Director, panelists included Michael Ambre, POMSLA, Executive Director of The Point of The Mountain State Land Authority; Ben Hart, Utah Inland Port Authority, Executive Director; J. Steven Price, Price Real Estate, President and Founder; and John Dahlstrom, WasatchGroup, Executive Vice President, General Counsel. Utah’s life sciences community has been one of the fastest growing in the country over the last decade. Supporting that growth are specific developments targeting life sciences and providing opportunities where life sciences companies can cluster. This panel discussed various developments in the area that are catering to the needs of life sciences companies and contributing to the growth of the industry.
